Having to click on each and every Facebook friend can become tedious when you are trying to share a page, event or group. Is there a better way? Of course there is, just follow these easy steps. I have used this code myself several times for Anything Web You Can Imagine and Sabra’s Bass pages, a few of my friends’ events as well as A Macro Life – Macro Philosophy group on Facebook.

1. Go to the group, event or page and click the suggest to/invite friends link.
2. Once you see your friends’ pictures loaded, erase the current URL from the address bar of your browser.
3. Click on the box below containing the code and copy/paste into the address bar of your browser and press enter.
4. Depending on how many friends you have you may have to wait for a few seconds to see them all selected.
5. Once you see them all highlighted, click the ‘send’ button on the Facebook invite window.
6. Please keep in mind that also depending on how many friends you have, it may take a while for all of the invites to be sent. They get queued.

Tired of the same old look of your blog but aren’t sure how to change it? Try this…

1. Download a new theme to your computer. Make sure it is a .zip file. If it is not already a .zip file (compressed) then you will need to right click on the folder and ‘send to’ –> ‘compressed zip folder’.

2. Go to your WordPress Administrator log in panel and log in.

3. Select the ‘Add New Themes’ button under the ‘Appearance’ block of the admin panel.

4. When this page is finished loading, be sure to select the ‘upload’ text directly under the ‘Install Themes’ title.

5. Click the ‘Browse…’ button to search your computer for the .zip file that you downloaded or compressed.

6. Select the file and then click the ‘Install Now’ button. Please note that this does not immediately install the new theme to a live state without your confirmation. It will then give you the option to Preview, Activate or Return to Themes Page.

7. When you are ready to activate, click the activate text on the confirmation page or go to your Themes page to activate. That’s it!

Those are the words of Will Smith along with many others on his path to Success and Happiness. I have always had a great respect for this man. He has gone from some poor kid in Philly with nothing more than a dream to a multi-million or billion dollar man who has been an actor, musician and one heck of an inspiration to millions.

I was born some poor kid in Northern Michigan and honestly I’m no Will Smith, but the path that he speaks of is how I became who I am today. I am no longer that poor kid in Michigan, but someone who has taken control of their own life and am making my dreams come true … “One brick at a time” as Will says.

I have been keeping an eye on Will Smith since I myself was a child watching Fresh Prince of Bel Air after school. Even then he was an inspiration. Uncle Phil had become a judge only through many hard years of being a lawyer, living in apartments and more. Will had come from nothing as well and was experiencing a whole new world of life. I felt a connection with him, seeing that there was more to life than the streets of Philly just like I started to see that there was more to life than what I knew.

Today, I found a video that demands to be shared. I watched it a couple of times before I decided to blog about it. I feel that more people should see this and understand what it is he is trying to say. I am daily living proof that these ideas are beyond real, they are just the truth. I hope you enjoy this little video about success … I did.

Search Engine Optimization plays a major role in getting your website indexed. Search engines have ‘bots’ that crawl your web pages and if you have implemented SEO techniques then you have a better chance of getting indexed quickly.

After viewing your website, the search engine direcory keeps a cached copy of your web pages in their index. That means that they make a reference copy of every page and keep that in their records. When a user starts searching with a particular keyword, it is capable of displaying a list of relevant web pages. The higher your search engine indexing level the easier it is for potential visitors to find you.

As I have mentioned in previous posts … after that, it’s all about the back links (see previous post). The more quality links and back links you have, the higher the page rank that will be offered by the search engine.

Another method is posting in forums and commenting. They are both easy ways to gain backlinks. Join a forum that is related to your website and post content with your name and link to your site. Search engines access all well known forums on a regular basis, so they will pick up your back links quickly.

One more process to help SEO is blogging as most of us are aware. Since search engines thrive on new content, these type of sites are indexed very quickly. There are many places you can create a free blog such as WordPress and Blogger.

You can also try a Link Building program to do it for yo.  Other ways to manage your backlinks is to join the article directories, comment on other site or blogs, participating in forums, publish press releases, and manage all of them. Remember this: Too much of it can hurt your site, but too little can mean a traffic-less site.

Profitable blogs have a few things in common & they are clearly identifiable.  These things are not just part of the design but are the things that make them successful & profitable.

1. Identify Your Main Goal

Sounds simple, right? And yet when you visit some blogs it is so hard to figure out what is it they are trying to accomplish. Blogs littered with multiple banner ads, Google AdSense, multitude of dynamic widgets placed in what seems like random order.
Does the description above resembles your blog?

The fact is, too much clutter on your blog doesn’t help you achieve your goal, but actually prevents you from it! The simplest way to do a “usability” test of your blog is to ask friends or family members to visit and tell you about their experience.  If they tell you that it looks messy, they’re probably right. It’s hard to achieve a perfect balance when monetizing our blogs and this is where identification the site’s main goal comes into place.

Identify One Single Action you want your visitors to take:

• An affiliate product sale that pays great commissions and directly related to your niche
• Subscription Form to your email list
• Sale of your own product

It should be ONE single action you want your visitors to take.  One that would be most beneficial to you as blogger and rewards you for what you provide towards your niche.  Once you main goal is identified,  find a few more secondary goals. The idea here is to not overwhelm the visitor, but offer choices besides your main offer.

2. Force The Action

• Main Offer – be sure you place it where it will be visible from EVERY single page on your blog and above the fold.  This is one action you stand to benefit from the most.  You should make the main offer clearly visible and accessible.
  *TIP: Top left corner get the most clicks!  Don’t be shy about it – it is your reward for your great content!*
• Secondary Offers – they should be easily found, but still below you main offer. The sidebar is a perfect location or just below the post, integrated into template files. It helps you present your readers with choices and gives you more chances to earn while still making your main offer most prominent.

I was messing around with some photos of my daughter today in Photoshop.  I enjoy playing with images, the little ‘accidents’ that happen can sometimes teach you a lot.  I am not a graphics designer, never will I claim to be.  I am still learning how to do more with Photoshop since switching to a Mac from a PC.  There are so many little things that are different.

As I was blending and brushing out the kool-aid from her lip I thought “This is the perfect image to lay out on a background”.  So, I grabbed a snowy mountain scene and laid her face on top of it.  This is the cool part, and I have no idea how I did it.  I will soon figure out how to replicate this action.  She went from being a full on image to a ghost.
